#CoCMidAtlanticII, Day 6
Today was our last full day of the trip where we’d be doing activities together and I’ve been looking forward to today all week as we traveled to Washington DC! It was my first time there and it was so beautiful to see everything blossomed despite it being a gloomy day. We went straight to the Museum of the Bible to have a tour from Brother John Harvey and I must say it definitely takes the cake for the best museum I have ever been to. All of the dedication and detail put int

#CoCMidAtlanticII, Day 5
I am not an egg-eater. But hospitality breakfast has included eggs so far. I just try to turn to my spirit and enjoy the provision from the saints. It has caused me to enjoy even more this portion on retreating to my spirit. For the mind set on the spirit is life and peace (Rom 8:6). Between extended car rides today, we hiked through Shenandoah National park. If you are expecting lush greenery, this hike is not for you (at this time of year). At different parts of the hike, I

#CoCMidAtlanticII, Day 4
Well well well. We come to day 4 of the trip and when looking at the itinerary for this day I was like, “bruh”. It seemed like it was solely traveling from place to place and I even questioned what I would enjoy/write about. I thought to myself, “Could I not have written about a more aesthetic day?? I wish I could’ve written about the tulip gardens.” But in that moment the Lord touched me to “do all things without murmurings and reasonings” Philippians 2:14, and I called on t

#CoCMidAtlanticII, Day 3
Dear dairy (yes,I meant to write dear dairy), today was our third day in North Carolina, and probably the most chill one. Physically, the weather dropped by around 20 degrees, so it was quite a contrast to the past few days, so I was layered up. For today’s activities, we traveled back again around the area to visit NC state. We started off with handing out Bibles for America tracts to the students at NC state, and we were joined with some current students and alumni. I find

#CoCMidAtlanticII, Day 2
I opened my eyes, and it was 8:20 AM. I got 11 hours of sleep—yay! The Costco quaso was fire, and the egg was boiled just right. During the morning time, I enjoyed how Sampson shared that there is no condemnation between Jesus and us, so we can enjoy His riches fully. I also met Scorpy, and now it is my favorite plushie. Then we went to the Duke campus, and a wasp kept chasing us. The food was pretty good, and the buildings were WOW. Amy from our sister club- Duke Christians

#CoCMidAtlanticII, Day 1
Our first day of the spring break trip was a lot of traveling so it was quite tiring. After a layover flight in Seattle and a red-eye flight, we arrived in North Carolina! We were greeted by an open home and a family (who used to be in Berkeley!) preparing a yummy breakfast with coffee and tea for us. I was touched by the time the family spent to prepare all the food for us. Even though I felt tired and a little disoriented, the Lord definitely supplied me during the Lord’s T

#CoCMidAtlantic, Day 8
This morning, we had some overflow at the big house in the church in Philadelphia. It was so sweet and emotional to hear everyone’s...
